Introduction

Lift check valve is to prevent flow reverse in pipeline. When the medium flows from valve inlet,upword thrust to disc is produced. While thrust is greater than disc gravity, valve opens. If the force of medium after valve pluses disc gravity are greater than the force acting on the disc before valve, valve shuts and prevent reverse-flow. Usually, this kind of valve only can be installed in a horizontal pipe.
